Dr. Joseph G. Vaughan | Family Dentist
Dr. Vaughan came to the Greenbrier area in 1995 after graduating from the WVU School of Dentistry in May 1995. During his years in practice, Dr. Vaughan has taken many continuing education courses and is trained and certified in oral conscious sedation. He and his team were mentored by Dr. York at Almost Heaven Sleep Solutions and trained under Sleep Group Solutions.
Dina Vaughan | Office Manager, BSDH, MS-Registered Dental Hygienist
Dina is the wife of Dr. Vaughan and has practiced with him since their marriage in 1997. She has practice dental hygiene since 1988 and is a former West Virginia University professor. Dina is certified in Nitrous Oxide monitoring, administration of local anesthetic, ACLS, has her general supervision permit and is a BLS CPR Instructor.
Anna Olsen | Finance Manager
Anna joined Dr. Vaughan's practice in February 2011. Anna is from Carson City, Nevada and currently works for Dr. Vaughan virtually. She handles all financial matters and insurance inquiries.
Sherri | Business Coordinator
Sherri joined Dr. Vaughan Family Dentistry in February 2024, bringing warmth and a passion for service to the team. Outside the office, she stays active in her church, enjoys gardening in the summer, baking year-round, and cherishes quiet moments with a book, a cup of tea, and time with her family.
Laykan | Dental Assistant
Laykan graduated from Penn Foster College in September 2023 with a focus on Dental Assisting and gained additional experience shadowing local dental offices. She is certified in CPR/AED, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Infection Control, Ionizing Radiation, HIPAA, Laser Safety, and sedation monitoring. Originally from Hollywood, WV, she now lives in Ronceverte with her fiancé Hunter and enjoys dining out, movies, shopping, and spending time with family.
Deadra (Dee) | Dental Assistant
Dee joined Dr. Vaughan’s practice in June of 2008. She is certified in the Dental assistant expanded duties, coronal polishing, is a certified Nitrous oxide monitor, and trained in CPR and ACLS.
Crystal McClaugherty | RDH-Registered Dental Hygienist
Crystal joined Dr. Vaughan's practice in June of 2006. Crystal is certified in Nitrous Oxide monitoring, administration of local anesthetic, CPR, ACLS, and has her general supervision permit.
Kara | Marketer
Kara graduated from Kent State University in 2023 with a BA in Fashion Design and minors in Art History and Marketing, and earned her MS in Journalism from WVU in 2025. She runs Kara Marie Copywriting, serving Lewisburg and the surrounding areas, and also supports her community through grant writing. In her free time, Kara enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening, lake days, Bible studies, fitness, and spending time with friends.
Megan | Dental Assistant
Megan joined Dr. Vaughan’s practice in January of 2025. She is a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and is certified in Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Monitoring and CPR. Megan loves spending time outdoors and her hobbies include dirt bike racing, hunting and fishing.
